Our client, a dental office, was being disturbed by barking sounds from the adjacent dog spa. Our long-term recording system picked up the sound in the dental office. The recordings were then used to measure the sound levels and play back an accurate rendition of the noise in court. The dog spa's sound expert attempted, unsuccessfully, to dispute our findings. After hearing the playback, the judge immediately granted a preliminary injunction preventing the dog's spa from allowing noise to enter our clinet's offices.
